PRODUCTS AND ORDERS
Shop prices are listed in EURO and include Finnish VAT. strive to keep product and price information up to date, but retain the right to make changes. Orders are fulfilled based on customer information provided by you. It is possible to order without creating a user account.
PAYMENTS
Payments are processed by Stripe (Europe), an international online payment processor. Payment methods include credit and debit cards.
DELIVERY TIMES AND SHIPPING
We currently deliver to Finland and EU countries only.
Products in our SMALL ITEMS category are mainly kept in stock and ship within 3-5 days of your order.
Please make sure to note that items in the FURNITURE category are made to order and have a manufacturing time of 6-8 weeks.
Our delivery is with DB Schenker.
RETURNS
In the unfortunate event that you are not fully satisfied with an order, please contact us at info@auvinenwiherheimo.fi within 14 days of receiving your shipment. You will receive instructions on returning the products separately. We can only accept returns of undamaged items.
